Step 1: Receiving and Quality Check
The journey of an order begins before it's even placed. Your inventory arrives at our secure warehouse in Dubai, where our team unloads it and performs a detailed quality inspection. Each item is meticulously checked for any damage or defects. Once cleared, it is scanned into our system, and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) assigns it a specific storage location. You can view this update in real-time on your TazeetPrep client portal.
Step 2: The Pick & Pack Process
When a customer places an order on your website, our system receives the order automatically via direct integration. A pick list is generated, and a member of our team is guided to the exact location of the item.

Picking: Our team member quickly and accurately retrieves the correct item(s) from our organized storage shelves.

Packing: The item(s) are then moved to a packing station. Our team selects the appropriate box size to minimize dimensional weight costs, fills the box with packing material to protect the product, and seals it.
Step 3: Labeling and Final Check
Once the box is packed, the correct shipping label and any other required documentation are printed and applied. This is a critical step where attention to detail is paramount. We perform a final check to ensure the order is complete, the labels are correct, and the package is sealed securely.
Step 4: Outbound Shipment
The final step is to get the package on its way. The order is moved to our designated shipping area, where it is sorted and organized by carrier. Our team coordinates with a range of reliable shipping partners to ensure your packages are dispatched for fast delivery. For Amazon EasyShip orders, Amazon's couriers visit our warehouse daily for pickup, ensuring a seamless process from our door to theirs.
