Using the platform
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Customer materials and instructions
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of product data, documents, shipping instructions and other materials you provide. Fulfillment work is performed according to accepted service requests, applicable marketplace requirements and any signed service agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but maintenance, security events and third-party dependencies may cause interruptions. Features and content may change as operations evolve.
Intellectual property
The platform, branding and original website content belong to Tazeet Prep or its licensors. You retain ownership of materials you submit and grant the limited permission needed to process them for the requested services.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another customer's information, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or marketplace rules.
Liability and governing terms
Commercial liability, service levels, claims, payment terms and governing law should be defined in the applicable signed service agreement. Nothing on this website replaces those negotiated terms.
