Our team updates the client once a shipment is received if the name of the store is on the label. We verify the contents and condition of the shipment before proceeding with any services.
04What should I do after being notified of a received shipment?
The client provides labels and specific instructions for product preparation through our client portal or via email. Our team will then process your inventory according to your requirements.

06How long does it take to complete an order?
Orders are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days) after receiving all necessary information and labels. Our team then provides box information to the client for tracking purposes.

08When are shipments sent out?
If shipping labels are provided before 5:00 pm (UAE time), the shipment will be sent out the same day, and the client will be notified with tracking information. Later submissions will be processed the next business day.
09Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All our fees are clearly outlined in our service agreement. The only additional charges would be for special requests or services outside our standard offerings, which would be discussed and approved in advance.
010What should I ensure when importing products from China or sending inventory to your UAE warehouse?
Ensure that every box is clearly labeled with your store name, which is provided by Tazeet Prep and matches your WhatsApp group name with our team. Proper labeling helps us quickly identify and process your inventory.

Tazeet Prep will not be responsible if your inventory is lost due to the absence of the store name on your shipments. Proper labeling is essential for inventory tracking and management in our facility.
